Pinoy Fish Steak
Ingredients
- 1 milk fish bangus, cleaned, sliced & fried
- 1 onion cut into rings
- cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice
Instructions
- Fry the bangus.
- In a pan or wok, combine water, soy sauce & lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
- Add the fried fish. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the onion rings. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!
