Pinoy Fish Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 milk fish bangus, cleaned, sliced & fried
  • 1 onion cut into rings
  • cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice

Instructions

  • Fry the bangus.
  • In a pan or wok, combine water, soy sauce & lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the fried fish. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion rings. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!
